Rockery, rock folding and stone placing works

1: Rocks used for rockery stacking shall be consistent in texture, color and texture. The stone shall be solid and pressure resistant, without cracks, damage and peeling; The peak stone should have perfect shape and ornamental value.

2: The construction setting out shall be carried out according to the design plan, and the construction can be carried out only after the review is correct. If there is no specific design requirement, the stacking and scattering of landscape rocks can be indicated by the construction personnel with lime on the site and approved by the site personnel of relevant units.

3: The foundation works and main structure of rockery stone folding shall meet the design and safety regulations, and the stability of rockery structure and main peak shall meet the requirements of wind resistance and seismic strength.

4: The foundation of rockery and rockfill shall meet the following requirements:

a: The bearing capacity of rockery foundation shall be 1.5 times greater than the total load of rocks; The lime soil foundation shall be 500px lower than the ground level, its area shall be larger than the area of the rockery bottom, and the outer edge shall be 1250px wider.

b: The rockery is located on land, and the foundation shall be made of concrete above C20; If the rockery is set in water, C25 concrete or no less than M7.5 cement sand frame masonry block shall be used as the foundation. Special treatment can be carried out according to different terrain and geology with special requirements.

5: The bottom pulling construction of rockery shall be carried out as a whole, facing back, zigzagging, intermittently, and connecting with each other; The bottom pulling stone shall be solid and pressure resistant, and weathered stones shall not be used as the cornerstone.

6: The main works of rockery and rockfill shall meet the following requirements:

a: The main rocks shall be staggered and stacked with uniform texture. When stacking stones or landscape stones, pay attention to the direction of the main surface and master the center of gravity. The bottom of the outermost peak stone of the mountain shall be poured with 1:2 cement mortar. There shall be no less than 4 stress points on the brake stone of each stacked stone, and the brake stone shall not be exposed. The joints between each layer shall be filled and filled with 1:2 cement mortar.

b: The gaps between rocks after rockery, folding stone and landscape stone arrangement shall be filled, connected and embedded first, and then pointed with 1:2 cement mortar. Pointing shall be natural and smooth without omission. The open joint shall not be more than 50px wide, and the concealed joint shall be recessed into the stone surface 37.5px~50px. The color of mortar after drying shall be similar to that of stone.

c: The length of rocks for water drop and cave shall not be less than 3750px, and the whole mass of rocks shall be stable without inclination. The counterweight at the rear of the rock overhanging horizontally shall not be less than 2 times of the overhanging weight. The presser foot stone shall be firm and the bonding material shall meet the strength requirements. The bearing capacity and quantity of auxiliary reinforcement components (silver ingot buckles, iron climbing nails, iron carrying poles, various hangers, etc.) shall meet the structural safety and artistic effect requirements of the mountain, and the surface of the iron parts shall be subject to rust prevention treatment.

d: The concave and convex surface of the wall of the rockery cave shall not affect the safety of tourists. There shall be lighting in the cave, and no ponding is allowed.

e: The rock surface of rockery, stacked rocks, roadside, cave roof and wall shall be round without sharp angles.

f: The direction of the climbing path should be natural, the steps should be paved smoothly and firmly, and the height should be 350px-400px. Except for special locations, the height should not be greater than 625px, and the width should not be less than 750px.

g: The layout of the natural revetment of the stream landscape stone should reflect the natural feeling of the stream and coordinate with the surrounding environment. The standing step shall be firmly placed and the surface shall be flat. If there is no requirement in the design, the edge to edge distance shall not be greater than 750px, and the height difference shall not be greater than 125px.

h: The wall peak should not be too thick, and should mainly be embedded in the wall. The part separated from the wall should have reliable drainage measures. Iron hook stones shall be embedded in the wall to ensure stability.

1: The rockery, folding stone and appearance art treatment should not be mixed with stones, disordered patterns, uniform blocks and many seams, and the shape should be natural and complete.
